Tony Seager

Tony has a mechanical engineering degree and was involved in the design and construction of large scale petrochemical plants in various overseas locations for many years. On returning to New Zealand his involvement in the property industry commenced when he joined Mainzeal Development and Construction Ltd in Wellington , initially as New Business Manager then Branch Manager. He spent a total of 12 years with Mainzeal and was closely involved in many of the major projects that have changed Wellington so markedly in recent years.

Tony has also been an active property investor in his own capacity for many years.

Tony, along with Robert, was an active director of Lisland Properties Ltd which developed some 290 prestigious sections in the Holy Oaks community in Kinloch. These properties are now highly sought after by aspiring future residents of the Kinloch village.

Robert Montgomery

Robert is a Registered Architect, member of the NZIA and has practiced from his base in Wellington since 1986 and now Taupo since mid 2019.

Robert has been responsible for the design and construction observation of such land mark developments as the Intercontinental Hotel,the Trust Bank Centre, Vodafone on the park and many others.

Robert has had a strong interest in the Taupo area for many years and was successful in winning a national competition for the redevelopment of the Town and environs in the early 1990s and since then has operated a branch office there associated with the Taupo projects that he has been commissioned for. This includes the Holy Oaks development at Kinloch  which included some 290 Residential sections completed in four stages in a very sensitive environmental context.

Robert continues to take a keen interest in the development of the Taupo Region and has recently  designed and had committed to construction the first Modular Structurally Insulated  (SIPs) house in the Lake Taupo region at Acacia Bay.
