COMPANY DIRECTORS PROFILES
Tony Seager
Tony has a mechanical engineering degree and was involved
in the design and construction of large scale petrochemical
plants in various overseas locations for many years.
On returning to New Zealand his involvement in the property
industry commenced when he joined Mainzeal Development
and Construction Ltd in Wellington , initially as New
Business Manager then Branch Manager. He spent a total
of 12 years with Mainzeal and was closely involved in
many of the major projects that have changed Wellington
so markedly in recent years.
Tony has also been an active property
investor in his own capacity for many years.
Tony has been the Resident on-site Director
for Holy Oaks Stages 2, 3 & 4 subdivisions at Kinloch.
Tony lives in Taupo and has been closely involved in
the Stage 1 construction of the Grandview Subdivision
and provides some consulting property services to major
organisatons.
Robert Montgomery
Robert is a Registered Architect and is principal of
the Wellington architectural and planning firm of Peddle
Thorp Montgomery. Under Robert’s direction, PTM
has been responsible for the design and construction
supervision of such land mark Wellington developments
as the Intercontinental Hotel, the Trust Bank Centre,
Mobil on the Park and many others. The Practice is now
one of the largest architectural practices in the Capital.
The firm also provides Management services.
Robert has had a strong interest in the
Taupo area for many years and was successful in winning
a national competition for the redevelopment of the
Taupo town centre and environs. Peddle Thorp Montgomery
Ltd now runs a Taupo office based at the Grandview Estate,
Acacia Bay .
Robert is also a Director of Lisland
Properties Ltd and has project managed the Holy Oaks
subdivision stages at Kinloch for the last 6 years.
Robert has undertaken the master planning
and project management services for Scenic Ventures
Ltd Stage 1 at Grandview over the last 2 years. He is
actively involved in the ongoing project planning and
management.
